The pandemic changed this perception of Sacramento as buyers migrated to the area from the more congested Bay Area and Southern California regions. The American River Parkway bike trail system offers over 100 miles of paved trails and has become a renowned cycling destination, including the home of the California Ironman. Folsom Lake provides endless water and boating activities within a few minutes of most housing areas. Our wine region is growing by leaps and bounds, and Sacramento is now known as the Farm to Fork region and is a foodie’s dream, making the trip to Napa Valley less essential. We believe Sacramento is the most affordable, high-quality living in California.
