Wake up in your sunny South-West facing primary suite. Take a spin through your sweet, sleepy neighborhood to Flora Bakehouse for coffee and pastry just two blocks away. Spend the morning tending garden on your large fenced lot. At lunch, check emails in your cozy wood-paneled main for office. Afternoon brings time to putter in the garage/shop, maybe workout in your huge unfinished basement. Walk up the hill a few blocks to McPherson's produce stand and whip up happy hour snacks in your swanky kitchen and serve cocktails on the patio by the fire before the whole gang walks half a mile down the hill to the great restaurants and bars of Georgetown. Slumber party afterwards because you're the one with the three enormous bedrooms and two baths upstairs. Sleep tight. Repeat. Maybe hit the downtown office two days/week-it’s just ten minutes away.
